Platform upgrade notes

For Self-host operators. Each entry is one Release of the PromptGuard platform: the images, Helm chart and offline bundle tagged with that version. It lists what to do when you upgrade to it: migrations, configuration and breaking changes. A security fix is named by its severity only. Releases less than 90 days old are supported; see Versioning & support. No Release has upgrade notes yet.
