# Platform upgrade notes

> What to do when you upgrade a self-hosted PromptGuard deployment, one entry per Release.

For Self-host operators. Each entry is one Release of the PromptGuard platform: the images, Helm chart and offline bundle tagged with that version. It lists what to do when you upgrade to it: migrations, configuration and breaking changes. A security fix is named by its severity only. Releases less than 90 days old are supported; see [Versioning & support](https://docs.promptguard.co/versioning-and-support.md).
